We're very sorry to see that you didn't have the best experience at our dealership. We received your vehicle in our night dropbox with no information. We made our best efforts to find the owner. We were given 3 phone numbers from Enterprise Fleet. We called multiple times and received no response. We discount the storage bill by 50% to try and accomodate our customer. We never spoke with your company until the day the vehicle was picked up. If you have any questions or would like to discuss futher please give a call.
