was not given the car I asked for. Forced to accept a car I did not ask for. Was not given cruise control, which I requested. I was told he was out to lunch at 2pm on Monday Dec. 2nd, and I am still waiting for his return from that lunch. Today is Dec. 3, 2019. I am about to call the Better Business Bureau. I am upset that I was not allowed a loaner until they could fulfill my car requirement and color request. I traveled from NY to Mass. to buy a car. I feel they took advantage of me because I was female and older. My only request at the time of purchase was the color Passion Fruit and that the car have cruise control. I got neither.I was told that the salesman thought that the color of the car I was given was Passion Fruit when in fact it was Raspberry, and the cruise control was located where the blinker indicator was. It is not. More
