Had been looking at the Chevy Traverse for the past couple of years and came in because i got an email that they had 1 in stock that was everything i was looking for at the right price. I was set up with Carlos he listened to everything i was looking for and understood my budget. He was friendly knowledgeable patient and willing to work with me not just pushing to make a sale. Dewey the financial officer gave me the same experience friendly upfront wich i always appreciate. End of story i drove out in about 4 hours a very happy owner of my dream car. It was the easiest and best car buying experience from a dealership i ever had. More

They will sell you a car and guarantee you things. (Like a warranty on tires and rims) sell you a warranty package and then won't make sure you can use it. So pay for a warranty and then get screwed over when trying to use it. This dealership sold me a 5 yr warranty. I used it one time when I needed to again the warranty declined and said nothing was fixed from the original claim. And dealership knows it was fixed but has no proof. So I get screwed with a damaged sports car. More
