This is the first time I’m leaving a review ever in my life but feel I have to. I bought my truck new off of their lot in 2021. Figured I’d give them my business having worked as a tech for the company in life but feel I have to. I bought my truck new off of their lot in 2021. Figured I’d give them my business having worked as a tech for the company in the past. Love my truck. My salesman was great. Anyways I had brought the truck in for a service, oil change, tire rotation, and to diagnose a brake pulsation that would happen while braking. Steve the service adviser called and told me his tech went on 3 road tests and could not duplicate the pulsation.told me the truck was fine. I, being a automotive technician for 22 years explained to him I was 100% sure there was a brake pulsation.he asked me where I thought it was coming from so I say idk maybe the front cause to the rear. I mean I’m not going to diag the problem on my own vehicle if it’s under warranty. Let them do their job right? So they install front rotors. Steve calls says the truck is ready. I pick up after hours. First thing I notice is aftermarket rotors on my truck which are much lower quality than factory rotors.Also notice my fluids are not topped off. Oil life not reset. Tire pressure not set. Take the truck home and still has a brake pulsation So I bring the truck back. Steve calls and tells me he’s not doing anything about the brakes.so I called the manager and explained the situation, end result was they replaced my rear rotors with factory rotors witch fixed my pulsation! Now I have aftermarket non coated front rotors that didn’t come factory on my truck. The manager tried to make me pay for new front rotors and accused me of trying to get all of my rotors replaced before my warranty runs out. Little do they know I have extended warranty on my truck. Needless to say I was less than please and disappointed in the service I received. Hopefully my call to corporate Chevrolet helps resolve this. More

Colonial south Chevy is the cleanest nicest looking dealership I have been in. Most of the staff were great, meaning sales and finance manager were great but service department staff left much to be de dealership I have been in. I also feel that even though I purchased a used suv the oil should have been changed before I took delivery or even when I went back for inspection and registration and not left at less than 59% oil life as well as new tires as 2 are visably worn and will need to be replaced in the next few months. I cannot say enough on how great sales staff and manager were though. More
