I went to the dealership late yesterday because I really needed a car. I was stressed about finding the right vehicle and getting everything done in time. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, even though it was getting late. What meant the most to me was that he understood how important it was for me to leave with the car that day. He stayed with me until almost 8 PM to make sure everything was taken care of. He waited while the finance manager finished the paperwork and payment process, and even after the sale was completed, he took extra time to show me how to use the features in my new car. I told him I was nervous about driving my new car a long distance the next day, and he listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. By the time I left, I felt much more confident and comfortable. Rob went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and care he showed throughout the entire experience.
