Gary Helbing, Pre-Owned Sales Director, was stellar. My goal was to help an aged friend who bought a used Impreza from the dealership 18 months ago. Beyond doing so at a fair price, Gary handled all of the paperwork including de-registration, cancelling the license plates and providing proof of such to submit to Town Hall to get the car off the tax rolls, and correctly filling-out the title to show transfer of ownership so that all my friend needed to do was sign - and done. And on top of it all, he is a friendly, personable gentleman. I wish I could give him six stars. If Subaru is listening, find a way to bottle-up Gary and distribute him to all your other dealerships! I went to the dealership late yesterday because I really needed a car. I was stressed about finding the right vehicle and getting everything done in time. When I arrived, I told Rob that I had already sp needed a car. I was stressed about finding the right vehicle and getting everything done in time. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, even though it was getting late. What meant the most to me was that he understood how important it was for me to leave with the car that day. He stayed with me until almost 8 PM to make sure everything was taken care of. He waited while the finance manager finished the paperwork and payment process, and even after the sale was completed, he took extra time to show me how to use the features in my new car. I told him I was nervous about driving my new car a long distance the next day, and he listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. By the time I left, I felt much more confident and comfortable. Rob went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and care he showed throughout the entire experience.
