I went to the dealership late yesterday because I really needed a car. I was stressed about finding the right vehicle and getting everything done in time. What meant the most to me was that he understood how important it was for me to leave with the car that day. He stayed with me until almost 8 PM to make sure everything was taken care of. He waited while the finance manager finished the paperwork and payment process, and even after the sale was completed, he took extra time to show me how to use the features in my new car.
