He let me test drive the car by myself, eliminating the constant nagging of sales people you get from other dealerships. I was very impressed and after a friendly pain free negotiation we came to an agreement and the deal was done. The day before I picked up the car I called him up and asked if they could install a remote starter. No problem at all. I would definitely recommend Colonial and especially Valon again. More

The first price given was what I found on the Kelly Blue book site as the fair market price. The amount given for my trade-in was fair as well. There was no need to go crazy shopping around. After our test drive, we were ready to buy, however there were some parts of the vehicle that we felt needed to be improved in order to solidify this sale. We spoke with Gary to negotiate. After some back and forth, we left with a signed agreement that our requests would be taken care of. Although they are quite firm with their prices, Colonial's bottom-line is to ensure each customer leaves happy - and we did. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, it looked better than we had hoped! The paperwork was painless and we were quickly out on the road. I will definitely recommend Colonial Subaru. More
