After an awful experience at 46 Nissan in NJ where I fell completely in love with a car that they would not let me drive away without a $5,000 warranty, I found the same car at Colonial Subaru. Fred made eve completely in love with a car that they would not let me drive away without a $5,000 warranty, I found the same car at Colonial Subaru. Fred made everything easy. There were no games, Fred made himself completely available to me via phone, and it was an easy breezy experience. Everything was handled and taken care of within 24 hours, mostly via computer/phone -- literally so easy. Took my 2019 Subaru Ascent in for an oil change and annual inspections yesterday. I want to highlight my interactions with Shantell, the receptionist in the service dept. She is the personification annual inspections yesterday. I want to highlight my interactions with Shantell, the receptionist in the service dept. She is the personification of the face of good customer service, making sure you're checked in quickly and efficiently, tracking your vehicle work progress and providing detailed summary of work results. She also suggested future short term maintenance needs (tires for winter, replace rear brake pads). She even helped me save some money with a service discount currently running...every little bit helps. I will be back. Kudos, Shantell!!! More
In late May I purchased a 2022 Legacy Touring XT from Colonial. They were fair and receptive vis-a-vis the price and valued my trade in within market parameters.
