He's pretty funny as well, which we really appreciate. Derek the manager also followed up with us during the process as well to ensure that they met our needs and if there was anything else they can do for us. Greg was able to meet our needs such as getting us the rims we wanted on a 2019 Tiguan that it was not available on. He answered all of our questions and showed us all the features of the Tiguan. Even though I did my homework there were features that I did not know about such as how to position the wipers for winter weather. Greg also made sure to give Stephanie in finance, who was also pretty cool to work with a heads up that we did not need any additional services with our lease when we go in there. And sure enough going through the finance part was a breeze. Overall it was a comfortable and not-your-average dealership experience. The facilities was nice and clean and people actually smiled when they make eye contacts unlike a lot of other dealerships. The experience with Greg was personal, professional, and extremely positive; he took the time to listen to our background, understand our needs, and offer us an unbeatable price that instantly took all other SUVs (Toyata, Mazda & Jeep) off of the market for us. Not to mention he also gave us a very fair trade in price for my 2011 Jeep Compass that was in need of a new transmission.
