The process was incredibly easy, fast and no-nonsense. I worked with Caduste, who I would highly recommend as a sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the VW brand was able to walk me through many of the different packages offered on the vehicle. Despite their very large inventory, the exact car that I wanted was not in-stock. However, Caduste was more than happy to track one day for me and got it over to the dealership sooner than either of us expected. I really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. The Sales Manager at the dealership, Scott, was also incredible to work with. He gave us an very fair price on the car and started out with the best price in comparison to every other Boston dealer I visited. He is someone who wants to earn your business and will do anything within his means to make sure you leave as a happy customer. The dealership itself has recently been constructed and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. They take great care of the facilities and I'm eager to go in for my first service already.
