There cannot be anyone more knowledgeable about Volkswagen and their products than Greg. Not only did he know all the ins and outs of the car we intended to purchase, but he was candid about Volkwagen's history and knew all the issues I had with my '03 Passat. Given my bad experience with my Passat, I was hesitant to get another VW, but Greg quelled any apprehensions I had. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful. At no time did I feel like we were being taken advantage of. When we found a better price on a similar VW at another store - he went beyond matching the price, making our car buying experience more affordable and smoother than we could have expected.
