When I arrived, Frank took care of me and made sure I would get my vehicle back before I needed it— during the conversation, I learned that the appointment I made hadn’t been saved correctly. Frank didn’t hesitate to make sure I was taken care of and didn’t make me feel like I had done something wrong. He was very professional and kind, he reassured me that I’d be taken care of that day. He and the service team even had my car ready an hour earlier than I needed! More
