Frank and the rest of the service team have always taken care of me and my vehicles. They are friendly, polite, and make sure I have everything I need. I booked my most recent appointment over the phone, the person who took my call said she wasn’t able to find my account but that my appointment had been booked for 8am on 1/5/23. When I arrived, Frank took care of me and made sure I would get my vehicle back before I needed it— during the conversation, I learned that the appointment I made hadn’t been saved correctly. Frank didn’t hesitate to make sure I was taken care of and didn’t make me feel like I had done something wrong. He was very professional and kind, he reassured me that I’d be taken care of that day. He and the service team even had my car ready an hour earlier than I needed! More

The service technicians are excellent. When I leave the Service Department following an appointment, my car is in perfect driving condition. They even professionaly clean the interior and exterior so that my Volkswagen feels brand new. I have been driving for many years.
