Even in the wake of the TDI scandal, I realized that I loved my Sportwagwen, and wanted something similar. It was my second VW, and I just really liked both of them. I So I started looking at the Alltracks, and began searching for dealerships willing to provide a great price and great service. Enter Rebecca Cunningham and Andrew Truell at Colonial Volkswagen in Westborough MA. My dealings started with an email by Rebecca, and through the course of many emails, I grew to respect and appreciate this person as a kind-hearted individual who was amazingly good at her role in the company. She later introduced me to Andrew, who echoed the same personality of kindness and respect, and service. The decision was pretty clear for me of which of several dealerships from which one I would make my purchase. They made it easy for me. Andrew greeted me with a firm handshake and a genuine attitude of being appreciative for the opportunity to work with me and earn my business. He is a top-notch sales person who deserves much kudos for his willingness to be flexible and satisfy his customers. Andrew was even able to arrange a loaner for me until my new car arrived, because my old car blew out a wheel bearing on my way back from visiting them at the dealership one evening.
