Quick and easy Just bought a new 2016 Jetta Sport from Pierre Saliba at Colonial VW of Westborough. I responded to a TrueCar price quote ($15,029!) for any in-stock Just bought a new 2016 Jetta Sport from Pierre Saliba at Colonial VW of Westborough. I responded to a TrueCar price quote ($15,029!) for any in-stock Jetta Sport car, but by the time I got there the one on the lot had been sold. Colonial honored the advertised price anyway and got me exactly the car I wanted from another dealership at a ridiculously low price, almost $6,000 off MSRP. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would gladly recommend Colonial to anyone looking for a new VW! More

BAD SERVICE AND SALE I have to say my experience with this dealer was the worst ever in my years of shopping for cars!!! I left the dealer today in tears, NEVER did I fee I have to say my experience with this dealer was the worst ever in my years of shopping for cars!!! I left the dealer today in tears, NEVER did I feel so betrayed and ripped off by dealer like today. Bob the service manager had me waiting 3 hours today, to tell me NO, I can't help you. I honestly would tell anyone to please have your car checked by someone other than this service department before purchasing any of their used vehicles. I was sold a new used car with tires that 3 months into my purchase, have to be changed bc they were to cheap and dishonest to replace them before my purchase. The worst part is that Bob the service manager told me today... "We replaced your brakes". Basically, in a nut shell, they sold me a car with tires that were old. I trusted they were in great condition. But they weren't...and know I have to deal with changing them. When I should be enjoying my new car with new tires. Hard lesson learned you can't trust NONE of these PEOPLE at COLONIAL VOLKSWAGEN!!!!! ESPECIALLY BOB who allowed a vehicle to leave the lot with not only an old cabin air filter but 4 old tires. They have NO CONSIDERATION for their customer and their satisfaction. ALL they care about is numbers and MONEY$$$$$$!!!!!!! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More

We were able to quickly narrow what we wanted in our choice and were shown cars that met our criteria. Connor worked to provide us with a very good deal. Negotiating the price was not a lengthy process we reached a deal quickly. Upon receiving the car, Conor spent an hour reviewing all the technology components to make sure we understood the capabilities of the technology package we purchased. Out of the dozen new cars I have purchased over the years, I can honestly say the experience with Colonial was the best. Rebecca from the internet sales department was able to locate the exact model I was looking for at the best price. Pierre then took over the effort and did an outstanding job finalizing the sale and coordinating delivery. Jay from the Bus Ops department was also extremely helpful in evaluating options from financing to extended service. One of the easiest car purchases we have ever made.
