Bought The new Golf Sport Wagon TDI and Love it. I was a difficult customer. I was upside down on my truck and unsure about the switch to a wagon. Tomas was consistent with his follow up but never ob I was a difficult customer. I was upside down on my truck and unsure about the switch to a wagon. Tomas was consistent with his follow up but never obnoxious and always made me feel that he was working to help me make the the decision to buy rather than "selling" me. I walked away twice because i was unsure and he did not hound me. He did call to offer additional information. In the end we worked out a lease that got me out from under the old financing and into a great little car. I have not yet achieved 50 mpg average for a trip but have been very close. I am consistently getting twice the mileage of my old 4cylinder manual 2 wheel drive truck and this little car is quicker than I will ever need. More

Recently, I encountered a bit of trouble with my 2011 GTI. I dropped Billy an email explaining the situation. Bill was able to fit me in to a very busy Saturday, got the problem diagnosed and my car was ready that afternoon. I recently had this vehicle serviced, at the same dealership where I purchased it, for its 40k check-up. From the time I purchased it until now, this vehicle has only needed standard maintenance (10k check-ups / tires). All Colonial staff members have been extremely friendly, and focused on customer service; especially Billy McGrath -- about whom I cannot say enough good things. Billy is sharp-witted, concise, customer focused and efficient. P.S. Along with McGrath's focus on customer satisfaction, I am also impressed by the technology utilized by Colonial: specifically, the audio/video message the staff will send me, via a txt message, as the car is up on the lift while being examined -- showing me the condition of the undercarriage, parts, tires, etc. Very impressive.
