Pierre patiently stayed after hours while we grilled him with questions looking for any tricks. (We have had many bad experiences working with dealers in the past.) When we came to finalize the deal, we worked with Renel who is very good-natured and funny. We kept waiting for him to add in extra costs or pressure us about car warranties - he didn't. He told us what was available and asked what we would like to do. We completed the deal in less than 20 minutes - with no unpleasant surprises! Literally - a first for us. We also met Bill who is the eGolf service adviser and he was very knowledgeable about the car. We are happy and excited to be driving our first all-electric car! Thank you to Pierre and Renel! More

He was able to provide updates on the stages of the process and made sure that every detail I wanted was met. The Colonial crew as a whole has done a great job with previous VW cars I have had and they do take care of you. In the end, I would definitely go back to VW Colonial to purchase another car and recommend them to anyone who wants German engineering! More
