In reality, Tim and the team at Colonial went far above and beyond providing "5-star" service, and greatly exceeded my expectations, even in light of the fact that this is the second time that I have purchased a car from Tim. I stopped by Colonial during the afternoon on Memorial Day; although the dealership was extremely busy, Tim took the time to show me several new Volkswagens despite knowing that I hadn't been planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. Instead of trying to push me into buying a more expensive car, Tim got me a great deal on exactly the car I wanted (with a manual transmission!!), and got the deal finalized early the next morning. I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned VW visit Tim at Colonial VW, and can say that I wouldn't shop for a Volkswagen anywhere else. More

Mike took the time going over each part of the transaction and when I came to pick up the car was so patient answering my questions and making sure that I became familiarized with the differences between the cars. I began my history with Colonial VW when I bought my first Jetta in 2001. With the continuing exceptional customer service as I just recently had with Mike, I plan on continuing with Colonial as a happy VW owner! More
