He noticed I drove either a CC or a Passat just by the keys I was holding and he was right! I drove a 2007 Passat Wolfsburg addition but was looking to upgrade and I owed some money on the vehicle. After talking to Tim we narrowed it down that I wanted a CC but couldn't afford new. He showed me a used one with ALOT of miles on it and I knew I needed something with no mileage at all because I do close to 21,000 a year going to school full time and commuting for work. He showed me a few other cars on the lot but nothing was really hitting the spot. Tim and Tony could tell that we were frustrated and that we were close to closing the gap. Tony finally offered to show us the 2014 Jetta SE with connectivity which I fell in LOVE with. This car is fully loaded which Tim and Tony knew was important to me. My boyfriend and I went home that night to think about our decision to get a new car and get rid the old one. We went back the next day and talked numbers and explained to them that we wanted to keep the Passat but also buy the Jetta. At this process we met Kathryn who was also very friendly. She helped us find the right numbers and coverage for our budget and was extremely helpful and patient. Everyone here worked as a team and was happy to help. I bought my first VW at a competitor that treating me like crap, but I can tell you right now that Colonial VW is no competition but in a category all their own and I am proud to let everyone know where I bought my brand new VW. They treat you like family and try their best to narrow down what you are looking for, even if your not sure yourself. We gave them a run for their money but I will keep all my services with them and don't plan on going anywhere else. Tim, Tony & Kathryn are the people to see and if you want a VW, Colonial is the place to go! More

I just wanted to say that last week my car was running a little rough so I stopped by the dealership to see what was wrong with my car. At the dealership we worked with Chris and the same professionalism continued. Chris took us for the test drive and was very thorough explaining all the Jetta's features. He made sure the car was in pristine condition and followed up after we brought the car home. We also dealt with the pleasant business manager Kathryn to button up all the paper work. She was even able to get us a slightly better rate. All in all, we highly recommend this dealership! More
