I got a 2012 VW Jetta certified pre-owned. You cannot tell that this is a used car. The service department turned it out and it is perfect. It has every premium add on. I am very happy! He listened and believed to me when i stated my financial limits and that my current fiscal situation set this limit. He checked FIRSTw / VW to see if my limits were too far to deal with, before continuing w/ me. (Unlike most other places which insisted on dragging me into explorations and dealings to explore how high they can drag you.) We worked to a deal we were both comfortable with because he knew we were close, because i knew i'd have to comprimise something, and he wasn't Ammar was the Finance/buisness manager. He's professional and very good at his work. The paper work went quickly and there were no mistakes or going back over stuff to correct or fill in --Very expert! (This has never been my experience every otther time over the last 25 years of car purchases). He also answered expertly all my questions--including those that really arent his to own such as what 's in the 30k mantainence check and what gas does this model use. He was freindly and didn't get peeved, as others have, when i politely declined all the dealer 'exptra protection' offers. New at his job for only 1 month, i never would have guessed! More
