I had already started shopping for a Passat and was ready to get my wife in behind the wheel. Mike encouraged us to take the car for an overnight drive, but I was confident in the choice. This is not something I ever heard about before...truly a surprise to both of us. Part of the finalization of the agreement involves negotiations - a step that my wife dislikes so it is mine to deal with. I found Mike will to make a deal. I had owned a VW GTI in the past with great satisfaction. I needed a car as soon as possible and visited Colonial with the purpose of finding a good used model. Mike Lodowsky greeted us warmly and immediat I needed a car as soon as possible and visited Colonial with the purpose of finding a good used model. Mike Lodowsky greeted us warmly and immediately set to locating a vehicle that would suit my needs. He found two excellent examples in short order and made them available for a test drive at my convenience. He quoted a very solid price right off the bat, and we were able to make a deal without further ado. When a slight delay arose unexpectedly on account of an issue with procuring the title certificate, he arranged for my use of a nice clean loaner on the spot until the matter was resolved. In many small ways, he was proactive in making sure my convenience was served and my busy schedule was not burdened. All in all, Mike made the process of finding and purchasing the car painless and very efficient and did so in a very professional manner. Nothing was a problem for him, and there was none of the foolishness and unnecessary hassle I have experienced in past instances of buying a car (and I've bought plenty of them). And everything was done in a friendly, affable and easygoing way. I recommend Colonial and Mike to anyone who needs to buy the right car at a good price with a minimum of difficulty. More

When I came to your dealership with my girlfriend to test drive the Passatt ,I was introduced to a salesman named Brendan Chamberlin, which was the worst experiencing of my life . Brendan displayed such a HARD sell and was extremely argumentative when I indicative what I was looking for in terms of price and mileage for my lease. He told me I had to decide that day or the deal was off the table . When my girlfriend started to ask him questions he said " ( I am not talking to you ,you are not the purchasing the car! ) after that I said lets go . I had to tell Brendan to apologize to my friend before we left due to the fact she was very upset by the way he spoke to her. It was not a good experience to say the least!. I new I wanted to lease a VW but not at your dealership.. About a week later I received a call from your internet manager he wanted to know how I made out ,after I explained to him what had happened he immediately put me in touch with( Mike Lodowsky) sales consultant , from that moment on Mike made the entire experience A++++ bottom line is YES! I did end up leasing my 2013 Passatt I got the miles I wanted and the price was a little more than I wanted to spend however based on no money down I was satisfied . I must give a shout out to Kathryn Gear ( Business Manager ) she was great in making the numbers work for me. I brought my car in on September 19th 2013 for my 1st month service, and I was extremely impressed by your service department they provided me with outstanding customer service ( Bill Fallone ) needs to also be recognized for that as well . Fantastic service! I had the bad fortune to have my EPC light illuminate along with loss of power and rough running 250 miles from home while attending a softball tournament outside of Boston this past wee light illuminate along with loss of power and rough running 250 miles from home while attending a softball tournament outside of Boston this past weekend. The car couldn't be driven, so I had no choice but to send my daughter home to NJ with another family and have my car towed to this dealership on a Sunday. As with most dealerships, service is not available on Sunday, so I had to stay overnight and wait for the dealership to open the following day. I planned to call the dealership when service opened at 7:30 AM Monday, but Bill Fallon, a Service Advisor, beat me to the punch, calling me at 7 AM. He advised that my car would be first in for diagnosis and that it would be a priority in order to get me on my way as soon as possible. I received a call from Bill at 9 AM, not with a diagnosis, but with the news that my car was repaired (new high pressure fuel pump) and washed. I took a cab and arrived at the dealership. I was loading my bag in the trunk and Bill appeared out of nowhere with my service invoice (under warranty) and key so that I could get on my way as quickly as possible. The overall service as well as attentiveness and professionalism of Bill Fallon FAR exceeded my expectations. While my local dealer (Princeton VW) is okay, I certainly wish Colonial of Westborough was nearby as they would have gained a loyal customer for life! More

We drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle that we had been searching for and had put down a deposit on the car before we even saw it. Over a weeks time we were negotiating with the sales associate. During this time the dealership knew we wanted the car. On the same day we made a deal with the sale associate and the "sales manager", we had received a phone call later in the day saying the car was sold without any consideration to our deal and our deposit. I have never dealt with a dealership with such unethical practices!!! More
