When you said no to them, they broke your car!!! If there was 0 point, I will do that. Their auto service department did not even worth 1 point. I send my 2012 Jetta there to check the electric circle issue early this week, because the front light turned on by itself during the night and it dried out the battery. First day I went there, I was told my car was fine. They checked the battery and everything was fine. They said I probably left the light open. Second day morning, the same situation happened and I send my car to the service again. This time, they told me that they spend two hours and could not find any issue there. They confirmed that my battery is fine again and they said they would charge me 112 dollars diagnose fee and they wanted to leave the car there over night and spend two more hours tomorrow. The third day morning, they called me said my battery failed the test. It would cause 250 to get a new one. Not mention that I have a relatively new car with original battery which could last at least five years. How come the battery is fine for the last two days and it failed at the last day when they need an excuse to send my away. I still paid the 112 dollars diagnose fee even though they found out nothing. When I got my car back, the driver side window could not be open or close automatically. When I turn off the engine, there used be a sound to remind you if you forgot to turn off the light. And this is not working too. I will never go their again and I definitely do not recommend anyone go there. More

From the Sales process to the regular service visits, I've been completely satisfied with what Colonial Volkswagen offers -- it's a remarkable team that provides incredible service. Part of owning and enjoying a vehicle is knowing that it's going to keep running the way you want it to: the Touareg is dependable, but sometimes I'm not (a few concrete-like snowbanks, for example, didn't do the car any favors). Whenever I've need something done, this team delivers and I appreciate it and would recommend this dealer and its great service team to anyone who enjoys driving a VW today or wants to consider driving one in the future. WHEN I WALKED IN I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY ANGELA K. SHE GOT MY DUB IN QUICK AND THEY HAD IT DIAGNOSED RELATIVELY QUICK. ANGELA KEPT ME POSTED AND I WAS FIXED IN JUST OVER AN HOUR. WHEN I WENT TO CASH OUT, SHE HELPED ME ON THE LABOR PRICE. THAT MADE ME VERY HAPPY. IT WAS PLEASANT TO FIND SOMEONE THAT HONESTLY CARED ABOUT ME AS A CUSTOMER, AND SHES EASY ON THE EYES TO BOOT. I just wanted to say that last week my car was running a little rough so I stopped by the dealership to see what was wrong with my car. I have a VW Tiguan 2013 and it was the first time in my life I had to service a car. My ex-husband always took care of it and I was at complete loss when the display started blinking "service now". First thing I went to Colonial Volkswagen website since I always heard very good things about this dealer. It was extremely easy to book an appointment online ( I am a computer person) which I had to change to a different date and rescheduled the service in few minutes with no issues.First A grade was on how easy is to navigate on the website and the make changes. Then I got there as I said with no clue, parked my car somewhere and went to the service area. The Service Advisor, Bill Mcgrath was absolutely amazing. From taking my car from where I parked (which it was a wrong parking spot) and nicely explaining for future services where the parking is, to explaining what my service entails, giving me updates on how long I have to wait and what is the stage of the service, and also explaining what are future steps in taking care of my care and what I have to be aware off, I was blown off. In summary I had to experience the great things I heard about this dealership and I had a great and educational experience of myself and I would go back in blink for any problems.
