Customer service A few weeks back I had to have a major car repair done and my warranty was just two days past the expiration date. Tania Audette went above and beyond A few weeks back I had to have a major car repair done and my warranty was just two days past the expiration date. Tania Audette went above and beyond by working with the service department and my warranty company to help get the best possible price I could get. She was able to help get my warranty to pay for most of the work I needed. She stayed in constant contact with the service department and kept me updated via email and text message through the whole process. Having to be without a vehicle for a few days, and the cost of car repair is not a fun process but she helped to make it a lot more convenient, affordable and and comfortable!! She also stayed late and was there when I picked up my vehicle to make sure everything was satisfactory! Hopefully I will not need car repair anytime in the near future... but I look forward to doing more business with her in the future and will definitely recommend her to my family and friends better in the market for car repair or new vehicles!
