Just took my 2018 Chevy Trax in for repair at Colonial West the other day. The service department took my car in for repair very quickly and gave a estimate for go ahead with the repair. Spotted a new cutaway van that had just arrived, pictures were not even up on the site yet. I am a returning customer. I went to turn in a lease very early due to value and check the status of an ordered vehicle due in a few months. I ended up turning in 2 leased GMs I went to turn in a lease very early due to value and check the status of an ordered vehicle due in a few months. I ended up turning in 2 leased GMs and leaving with a better model and excellent price, the same day! Geno is always straight forward….no games….honest…and it’s always a fair deal for both them and me. Carlos was great with the closing process as well. Highly recommend them! They are my first and last stop. I don’t worry about any games or pressure…they take their best shot at a deal and it’s always worked out for me! More
