I was promptly approached by Terry, who has a very pleasant demeanor and is easy to converse with, who inquired what brought me into the dealership. I told him that I was interested in the 2019 Silverado, but was not in need of a vehicle and would not be making a purchase unless the deal was exactly what I wanted in every aspects; yes, I set the bar high right from the get go. Terry was an absolute delight to deal with throughout the entirety of the interaction; every detail, from start to finish, came through Terry, who presented everything matter of factly, which I truly appreciated, as I do not care for the back and forth haggling.
