"*The most frustrating experience ever*"
After trying to communicate with this dealer for several weeks, I finally made an offer that I could live with. Even if I was trying to buy a 100,000 dollar car this salesman was more frustrating that my ex-wife. Not only he was frustrating but offer no value. I asked simply questions about the car, but not a clue.
I didn't need help with financing etc, still He took over 16 hours to type up a simple purchase & sales agreement, then another 8 hours to simple send and RMV form to the insurance. He would not follow simple instruction. I got so frustrated that end up canceling the purchase.
Buying a car should not be carry in such fashion especially after agreed on a price. How ridiculous is that...?

I had originally emailed John regarding a specific vehicle that I had seen online. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and introduced to John who in turn introduced me to Jeff. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and shopping for a vehicle had always been as pleasant as a root canal. This experience was much different. I felt like I was buying a truck from a friend. Jeff was extremely helpful through the whole process. Getting me financed wasn't a simple task due to a recent divorce but they put in the work and went above and beyond expectations to get me the truck I have always wanted. On top of that, Jeff offered to buy me lunch while I was waiting and even though I declined the offer, he still offered me a portion of his own lunch in the off chance that I had changed my mind. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the entire staff at Colonial West. I'm definitely a customer for life.
