This dealership met all my vehicle needs and provided a smooth trade. I purchased a new RAM, with a trade-in. My salesman was Aaron Banks. He was very patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He had the vehicle that I called about cleaned and prepped for our appointment and I liked that. The valuation of my trade-in went smoothly. I wish i could rate this at a Zero, but I do not get that option,,, Columbia Chrysler Service Department is trash. They definitely meet below on service and they have poor customer service especially Ron option,,, Columbia Chrysler Service Department is trash. They definitely meet below on service and they have poor customer service especially Ron. made me cringe having to deal with him because he makes you feel so worrisome,, not welcoming at all. At first, I looked over it because i thought he was just having a bad day, but nope, went back again, still the same attitude. They tried to submit a claim on two different occasions to my extended warranty provider, before my car was even finished, I was told this today by my warranty provider, this caused me to only get partial refund on rental reimbursement. I was told when I dropped my car it would be 3-4 days, then received a call from Ron stating now it would be 7-14 days to get a radio replaced... I had a vacation planned and needed my vehicle, told Ron this, we asked if we could pick up our vehicle and bring it back once the part was in, he told us they typically don't like to do this because its "more paperwork" for them, so my husband wanted to make it easier on the facility and decided to just leave it with them, get a rental and we could just submit for reimbursement, which we did. We ended up getting screwed because the service department submitted payment claim before the car was finished, and my extended warranty for the rental had to go by the paperwork the service dept submitted., Then, when i picked up my car after they replaced my radio, my back up camera is now out of calibration or something because the view is completely off and the radio and the trim piece are not flush and a big gap in between, was not like this before. I took the car back up to them and they told me there was nothing else they can do, nothing wrong with it.. I hate the Columbia Chrysler Service Department and they definitely need to be trained in customer service....they have a job because of customers and they act like they are doing us favors,,, they need to be grateful for their customers.
