I understand how frustrating it can be to require multiple visits and spend extended time without your vehicle, particularly when the initial repair attempts did not resolve the concern. Our service manager did speak with you last week regarding the heated seat issue, and at that time we issued a refund of over $600 as a gesture of goodwill. During that conversation, it was our understanding that this resolution was acceptable. We have since attempted to reach you again by voicemail to better understand if there is anything further that would help bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. I’m sorry that, despite these efforts, the experience has still left you feeling dissatisfied.
