I did a thorough job of "shopping" for a Certified Pre-owned Ford F150 and had a number of not so nice experiences with other Ford dealers in Connecti I did a thorough job of "shopping" for a Certified Pre-owned Ford F150 and had a number of not so nice experiences with other Ford dealers in Connecticut. I called Columbia Ford to get information on a truck listed with CarGurus. From the first time I was put in touch with Steve Murphy I felt I could just relax and be helped through the decision process without a lot of high pressure. He was kind, attentive, answered my questions, checked on a few details, called me back in a timely fashion and offered a couple of incentives - with no high pressure at all! He had the vehicles ready by the door when I arrived, he let me test drive even a vehicle I knew I was not going to buy, just so I could feel the difference. He made the decision process very easy. I had to call him several times and never was I put on hold for more than about 5 seconds! The paperwork was easy, the dealership is organized with each person doing their job efficiently. My husband is in sales and he was extremely impressed with their professionalism. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely refer Steve and Columbia Ford and will definitely return for my next purchase! More
