Mike Pahlas and his service team are the best in the industry, and I have been to a lot of dealers even in other states. Not only is the service great, but they treat you like one of the family, with respect. They go out of their way to accommodate customers, and make sure my vehicle is fixed right the first time. Technician Paul Danieluk is an absolute genius! His working knowledge and attention to details of vehicles is simply amazing. The building and customer accommodations are awesome, buts its not about the building, its the people. I'm a car guy, and even if you're not, they will make sure you are happy. I make the trip to Columbia Ford because I want to , and I live 55 miles away!!! More

Quick but thorough service I was told it would be about an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires on my Edge but it turned out to be less than that. I was originally overwhelmed by the process because I just moved out of my parents house and the idea of spending every penny I had saved since I was 16 was daunting to say the least. My parents came with me to help because I don't really know much about cars. The days before I went to Columbia ford I had gone to other dealerships but I just didn't feel 100% comfortable and taken care of at any of them (honestly I was met with a lot of dealers who spoke down to me as if I was in infant). John Senick at Columbia Ford was nothing like that. He made me feel comfortable and well informed but also treated me with respect and acknowledged that I was the one ultimately making the decision. Not only that but John really did his very best to get me the best deal on a great car. He came back to me with an offer that was far better than any expectations I could have had and I simply couldn't refuse. He was great about working around my work schedule when coming to pick up the car. When dealing with the paperwork and finances Eric Gates was also very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't be happier with my 2011 Hyundai Elantra. In all I had a wonderful experience at Columbia Ford and I would encourage anyone to request John Senick when buying their next car. New Brakes I brought my car in to have new brakes installed. I was due for new brakes so I purchased aftermarket upgraded drilled and slotted brakes to cure the I brought my car in to have new brakes installed. I was due for new brakes so I purchased aftermarket upgraded drilled and slotted brakes to cure the morning squeel. These are advertised to reduce this issue. Like a lot of cars these days my 2012 Taurus would get a slight coating of rust on the rotors over night and I'd hear this squeel backing out of the driveway every morning. The new brakes have been installed. The squeel is gone. Columbia Ford did it for slightly less than was quoted over the phone even with the oil change added to the service. As usual everyone was very nice and the service was excellent. There are a few Ford dealerships closer to me than Columbia but it's definitely worth the trip. More
