Service Experience No problems at all with my recent visit. Just a small comment though... I spent many years with GMC. It was a difficult decision for me to moving over to Ford. While with GMC, all of my service had been performed by Scranton Motors. I truly loved their service. The one thing I enjoyed the most was the washing of my vehicle. Every time I went for service and when the service was complete, Scranton motors would bring my vehicle around and the vehicle had been washed. I enjoyed that part the service the most. Scanton Motors knew that whenever one of their vehicles left the lot clean and shinny it was truly a reflection on them. What a great idea. It not only made me feel good but when I drove down the road everyone one would check out the newly washed shinny vehicle. So, whatever little it cost to wash my vehicle was well worth the effort. More
Sales I recently went into the dealership to make a purchase but was tight on time so surprisingly the sales person listened and told us he would run the di I recently went into the dealership to make a purchase but was tight on time so surprisingly the sales person listened and told us he would run the different senerios and have the information for us the following day. What I hate the most is someone who ignores a request and doesn't follow through. I walked into the dealership the following day and to my surprise the information was presented. With a couple of minor obstacles out of the way we made a purchase. So far we have had some additional things come up requiring us to have further contact with the sales team and still they go out of there way to ensure our confidence stays with them. After all we might go back and buy another vehicle right? Guess what we did! There is one thing in my opinion that needs to be addressed and that is access to the window sticker through the web site, Is not available. Thank you Aaron Guilbeault and the Columbia Ford sales team. More
