For me, car buying is always a harrowing experience. This time it was not. No pressure to upgrade, no pressure to BUY NOW, patience on the salesman's part, answers to all my questions and a straight answer w time it was not. Craig Gates has done a wonderful job in putting customer satisfaction and customer service first. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was customer oriented. It will be a pleasure to take a book in, sit in front of a fire on a comfortable couch and wait for my car to be serviced. Perhaps I will have a snack while I wait. Eric Miller was an outstanding customer service person. He is pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable without being pushy or aggressive. He went out of his way to accommodate me and be sensitive to my needs ie: time schedule etc. This was a very different experience, a pleasurable one. Thank you Craig Gates for making a dealership that responds to the customers needs and wants. More

It was Rick, "the Internet Guy" that just made it impossible for us not to come down after his friendly manner on the phone. It was the way Eric took the time to show us around, to explain to us more about the dealership, it was the way he engaged us about our family and what brought us in there. All of it was an outstanding experience! We live within 20 minutes of 4 Ford dealerships and because of their sales people and their lousy service departments, we were actually considering NOT buying a Ford for our next purchase. Because of our dealings with Eric and Rick yesterday, our faith in the "blue oval" has been restored - even if your dealership is an hour away from home. :) More

I want to thank Tony Mauro again for going above and beyond to find us the exact Cutaway Van that we needed. We wanted a Ford E350 with a Supreme brand body with a full cab walk in door that is not as beyond to find us the exact Cutaway Van that we needed. My current car died and I was desparate to get into a vehicle. I do not have much money and I was renting a car from where I work, costing me approximately 30$ per day. John not only was able to find a u vehicle. I do not have much money and I was renting a car from where I work, costing me approximately 30$ per day. John not only was able to find a used car that is in my budget but put me in the car even though I had not qualified for the loan at the time. Chris and Matt worked together to make it all happen with the loan, Chris even treated me to a lunch, while I waited for John to make it all happen. John is coming to my work today to pick up the car and give it one more once over before they give it to me. I have some follow up work to do with money, but my experiance has been great. John, Chris and Matt, all came together to make this happen for me. I would be really stuck if they did not pull out all the stops for me.
