They lie to you over the phone and emails just to get you on the show room. Very poor service. When I was there I saw and heard two other customers have a disagreement with there sales men. Dealership personnel were a pleasure to deal with. I never like the process of purchasing a car, because I never feel like a "great" deal, and even this time I wonder if I could have done better on the never like the process of purchasing a car, because I never feel like a "great" deal, and even this time I wonder if I could have done better on the trade in by negotiating harder or selling it myself for a few thousand more. But....it was as pleasant or more pleasant than other sales transactions I've been involved with and would likely go back. The new purchase was 'eased' by my companys Ford X-plan which took lots of the "pain" out. Hal Miller the sales consultant was a pleasure to deal with, as was Matt in finance. Jake was my email contact literally for months and did a good enthusiastic job of following up without being a pest. I also visited a competitor in Hartford, and Columbia Ford just felt much more comfortable. One very minor issue; the truck railing cap has a piece that is not fully inserted and a discerning eye can see that the cap is not fully in. I'll likely try to get that addressed when I bring it in for an oil change. More

We came to this dealership because it had 2 of the exact trucks that we were looking for. We showed up about an hour before closing on a Saturday, took the truck for a test drive and ended up buying it tha trucks that we were looking for. From the finance gentleman (Greg I think? ) to the manager that Aaron worked with all made the experience a good one. The paperwork took a little bit to process and they ended up waiting for us to finish up before closing but never made us feel rushed. We would recommend Columbia Ford to anyone. More
I was shoping for a new F-350 a couple of weeks ago and found one that I liked at a differant dealership on a Saturday. While I was looking through the Sunday paper I saw that Columbia Ford was open. I called and spoke with Hal Miller and was told to come on down and they would beat the other dealerships price. Well after 3 hours of the waiting around game for a price with my girlfriend, they were not even close. They were $10,000 off and said that no one could sell that truck for that price. Well I bought it for $10,000 less at another dealership! So if you want to waste your time, then go to Columbia Ford. More

I did a lot of online shopping prior to actually going to the showroom. I shopped with many dealerships. Jake Guzier was attentive, but never pushy. When I finally arrived at the showroom on Saturday, Tony Mauro worked for several hours with me to find a way to make what I wanted to happen, happen. Dale also jumped in to offer suggestions, and the gentleman in finance (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was very pleasant and efficient. (AND, the finance person at the last dealership I went to was what made me say I will never go there again.) The atmosphere is one of comfort. Our sales rep, Eric Miller was more than helpful, in fact he bought us lunch. Eric had to make numerous trips back and forth throughout the day to complete the deal. In all our experience with Columbia Ford was GREAT and we plan to make future purchases there. Our purchase was a 2009 Shelby Mustang 500.. More
The sales staff were very nice with great personality. My problems were with the organization, I am a single parent and I work over 40 hours a week. My tire light is still on in my car, the inside of the car was dirty when I got it and there was a crack in the winshild (a small one) that I was not told about. My car recieved a "coat" to protect the paint that costs 400 dollars and I never approved that. When I had to sign the papers for it I was told that my father had approved it on the car when he went to check it. The price of the car was great and my parents have bought from the dealership berfore, also my daughter loved the fish and the candy. The intital customer service was great but the rest was not organized. More
