Not pleased this time around I brought my Ford Explorer for one of the complimentary oil changes and decided to service the transmission fluid as well. "The cost is $238 " the I brought my Ford Explorer for one of the complimentary oil changes and decided to service the transmission fluid as well. "The cost is $238 " the friendly service person said and pointed to the board behind him which confirmed it. When I returned my bill was $ 310 and change ,tax included which I expected.. Any disposal fees and supplies cost were not disclosed to me ahead of time. I was truly disappointed after all these years for the lack of clarity on the cost of services display or the service person. I need to read the fine print somewhere next time. In the end the action bothers me more than the money difference not that it is insignificant. Thank you More

Great customer service! I’ve had called the wrong dealership to make an appointment and when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have me on for that day. The service advisor was able to accommodate m dealership to make an appointment and when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have me on for that day. The service advisor was able to accommodate me anyways and took care of my truck. Thanks a lot again to the Gates family and their team! More
