Best car buying experience I've had since buying my first ca I had looked online at some of the vehicles in stock. The next day, i just had the intention of test driving to get an idea of what i wanted. I pulled I had looked online at some of the vehicles in stock. The next day, i just had the intention of test driving to get an idea of what i wanted. I pulled up and didnt event make it into the door before I was greeted by Nick, my salesman. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was looking for. He then did an inventory search based on my criteria and came up with some options. During the test drives, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I felt like I was riding with a friend and less like salesperson. At the end of the day, he gave me some options and the carfax of the vehicles I was torn between. He was upfront about each vehicle's history. I finally chose the vehicle for me. After that, I was introduced to Trent, who then worked his magic with numbers and the bank to find a lender that suited my needs that would also be cheap enough to not break the bank each month. Each employee I spoke with that day was so kind and respectful. I've had to show up to the dealership 3 times since that day and each time, they have been just as respectful as they were from the first day. I was a little worried about buying a car from a dealer since my last experience with a dealership was less than pleasurable, but they definitely turned it around for me. I will do business with them again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone buying a vehicle whether it's their first time or 10th time buying one. More
