Making the service appointment was quick. I was able to get my vehicle in with little delay. I bought a used Honda Passport from Columbia Honda. It was priced well, but had a serious scratch on the right rear and some chips on the rear hatch. They made a deal with me to pick up the car from our home in Ozawkie, KS, drop off a loaner, and make body repairs in their own shop, and then bring back the car. They made good on that offer and their repair was impeccable. No corners cut whatsoever. They went above and beyond what a typical dealer would do to hold up their end of a deal. I'm incredibly impressed with the sales team, managers, as well as the drivers that drove 3.5 hours both ways to pick up and deliver our vehicle for the body work. If I could give this dealership 10 stars, I would! More
