Excellent! I brought my Odyssey in for a check up before a long trip. Several maintenance problems were detected, we were not surprised as there were a few glitc I brought my Odyssey in for a check up before a long trip. Several maintenance problems were detected, we were not surprised as there were a few glitches going on. TJ worked to find solutions within our budget. He also went above and beyond working within an inherited problem lasting from the dealership I purchased it from (the purchased warranty never got attached to my car) to help me figure out and solve my problem. I made on the scale of a dozen phone calls to different places and he Honda dealership was the only one who didn't keep me waiting on hold and was patient and kind! To top it off, the car is riding like new! Way to go TJ and Honda More

TJ is awesome!! I give 5 stars for TJ in the service department. Not only is he knowledgable and trustworthy, but he goes the extra mile all the time when issues pop I give 5 stars for TJ in the service department. Not only is he knowledgable and trustworthy, but he goes the extra mile all the time when issues pop up. A couple weeks ago, we left for a 6,000 mile road trip. We ended up having car issues along the way. Everytime he helped us over the phone and reassured us when we needed it most. Because of his help and knowledge, we were able to have the car fixed and had the peace of mind to keep going knowing he had our back if needed again. More
