When I made the 9am appointment I was skeptical as this was the first time they didn’t have me leave the car and give me a loaner. I was told it would only take and hour. When I checked in I let Bill Savage, the Service Advisor who took care of me, know that I had to be in Lombard by 11:15 and I was told the service would only take an hour. He said he would let the technicians know. Shortly after the hour had passed I went to him to see how much longer it might take and he was already working on my paperwork and handed me my keys and told me I could go before he finished up. All is well. Only complaint is that, again it was a wait to be checked in as there was only one service advisor inside. Bill had come in from garage to take care of me. More

I had to go in for a recall I was very disappointed That I was not informed until I showed up there that I was going to get my oil drained, and a week before that I got an oil c I was very disappointed That I was not informed until I showed up there that I was going to get my oil drained, and a week before that I got an oil change! I would not have threw away $50 if I knew that ahead. Of time!! The man at the service center talked like it was on the recall sheet and it was not! I even gave him back the sheet to read for himself, and he couldn’t find it listed either . If it was I would not have done that and wasted my money! I would appreciate a free oil change for synthetic oil at a later date , since you drained my brand new oil that I received a week before that , and I was not informed! Not To impressed with Honda and how you handle your recall letters! It was also a nasty letter! More

Every visit for service is a nightmare Just don't use this dealership for service. If you do make sure you go about your day because it takes them the whole day to complete any job. Service advisor Terrible customer service,was very rude in explaining the service. Instead of being appologetic for dealership inatalling faulty battery try to blame Terrible customer service,was very rude in explaining the service. Instead of being appologetic for dealership inatalling faulty battery try to blame it on me. It took 2.5 hours to replace battary that had full warranty. I think your dealership should treat customers better and conduct quicker service especially when the appointment was scheduled and service repair was due to dealership installin faulty parts. You should stand by the quality of service and parts you install. More
