From the first visit that we walked out on because the first salesmen didnt want to be bothered, that should have been the first sign to never come back. We were told we would have remote start only to find out they did not include it in the vehicle and when we questioned it we were told it would be around $700. Happy with the car but could have got the car somehwere else and had a better experience, Vanessa was our sales person and would work with her again just not at smithtown and the whole experience makes me look at infiniti in a different light.
