My service advisor advised that my battery failed the battery test and that it should be replaced by winter. He provided an estimate of $270 for replacement. A check was completed and I was advised that the battery would be $170 if it failed the battery test. If? I was told I needed a new battery by winter. Did it fail the test or not? It failed the handheld battery test and not the official test. What? That's some shady stuff. More

I called about this SQ5 and spoke with a woman by the name of Jade. She was extremely helpful setting me up with one of their salesman Anthony. After a little back and forth with my trade in we shook hands and it was mine. Mind you before I officially signed the paper another couple had arrived and started looking around the same vehicle. Two of the sales managers stepped up and assured me that the vehicle was mine and they would not let anything happen to it. They handled a very awkward situation like professionals.
