Even though I had several Subaru dealerships much closer to home, I chose to drive almost two hours to Concordville Subaru because they were the only dealership that could provide me with a Spanish-speaking to home, I chose to drive almost two hours to Concordville Subaru because they were the only dealership that could provide me with a Spanish-speaking salesperson. While I am bilingual, being able to communicate in your native language during such an important purchase creates a level of trust and comfort that is hard to describe. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine respect, patience, and kindness. I want to especially recognize Joseph, who was exceptional from beginning to end. I arrived around 5:00 PM, yet he never made me feel rushed. Instead, he took the time to walk me through every Subaru model, even those I had not originally considered, so I could make the best decision based on my needs rather than simply selling me a car. When it came time to discuss my trade-in, the numbers were not easy because of the remaining balance on my vehicle. Instead of giving up or trying to push me into something I wasn’t comfortable with, Joseph and Greg, the sales manager, worked together as a team to find a solution that met my goals. They did everything they could to get me the monthly payment I wanted and the best APR possible. At every step, I felt they were working with me, not against me. The color I wanted wasn’t available, but they didn’t ask me to settle. They searched other dealerships based on my three preferred colors and were able to locate my third choice. That attention to detail meant a lot because it showed they truly cared about what I wanted. Since I had traveled such a long distance, they even provided me with a loaner vehicle while waiting for mine to arrive. That level of customer care exceeded my expectations. On delivery day, I experienced something I had never experienced before. The finance department explained optional products such as GAP protection, paint protection, extended warranty, and prepaid maintenance in a professional and respectful way. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. They simply educated me on my options and respected whatever decision I made. That level of honesty is rare. What impressed me even more was the atmosphere throughout the dealership. Even though it was already around 8:00 PM and there were still many customers being helped, every employee remained friendly, professional, and focused on providing outstanding service. You could tell this wasn’t just one great employee—it was an entire team committed to taking care of people. The moment that impressed me the most happened after all the paperwork was finished. I told Joseph he could go home because it was getting late. Instead, he stayed to make sure I fully understood the basic features of my new Subaru before I drove away. That wasn’t part of a sales process—it was genuine care for his customer. I’ve owned BMWs and Volvos for many years and have always considered them premium brands. However, I can honestly say that the buying experience I received at Concordville Subaru surpassed anything I had experienced before. A premium vehicle is important, but a premium team is unforgettable. Thank you, Joseph, Greg, and the entire Concordville Subaru team for reminding me that outstanding customer service is built on respect, honesty, teamwork, flexibility, and genuine human kindness.
