From my initial online communication with Madison Fife (and her impressive responsiveness just before a holiday) to the final signing process with the equally friendly and professional Keith Hawk, the entire purchasing process went smoothly, was stress-free and actually kinda fun. I had a sense throughout that they each genuinely cared and wanted me to make the decision right for me. And I absolutely did. I love my new Forester. It is a beautiful car and a pleasure to drive.
