Normally they offer good service. This time was not a great experience. I scheduled ahead, dropped my car off the night before. But my car wasn't touched until late afternoon because they put the walk in great experience. I scheduled ahead, dropped my car off the night before. I recently had my car inspected. I was told it would take 90 minutes. Ninety minutes later it was finished. The service was explained to me. I received a free car wash and I was on my way. Came in on Monday and you had ordered the wrong part so had to come back on Tuesday. I was offered to leave my car and use a loner but declined. Install time was shorter than estimated and it was done und had to come back on Tuesday. I was offered to leave my car and use a loner but declined.
