I was there to have my brakes replaced. This was communicated when I made the appointment as well as when checked in, comma however they decided to take an hour to shave the rotors. I had to wait another half an hour for them to actually do the job originally was requested. While I was not charged for services, no acknowledgment of my wasted hour. More
