Also, I recommend figuring out the SOPs for registering cars in neighboring states because Matt wanted me to send a copy of my military ID, which if I wasn’t aware of that being a serious federal offense I would have done so. Finally, I had to constantly call to follow up on simple instructions I gave that were not completed. I recommend your salesmen and managers to get on the same page and managers understand that you need to be accountable as a manager or you are simply not serving your purpose. Thank you. More
