The dealership is always accommodating for service issues. I had the tire pressure light go on, needed an oil change, and an inspection and was out in an hour. They give good estimates, I came in with an emergency service issue on my Subaru Forester, they imme staff and technicians, who care for your safety. I went in for a nail in my tire. This was fixed, but the service person told me they had seen evidence of an "impact" on my rear bumper. Mind you, my car has never been in an accident. I asked to be the service person told me they had seen evidence of an "impact" on my rear bumper. Mind you, my car has never been in an accident. I asked to be shown where the "impact" was, and when the service person went out to show me, he was suddenly unable to find the spot "because the car had just been through the car wash and was wet". ??? I told him that if he was unable to find the "impact" because of the car wash, obviously there were no real "impact" and it was probably a scuff from road debris or something. He persisted, insisting that my car had had an "impact" on the rear bumper. I assured him the car had never been in an accident or any kind of situation where it came into contact with an stationary object (I am the sole owner of the car). He again persisted. I finally had to end the discussion and left the dealership. This is definitely not a good way to treat new customers. More
