I came in to test drive a Subaru, and noticed a screw in one of my tires earlier that day. The service department fit me in, pulled the screw and washed my car while I was on my test drive, and had me back one of my tires earlier that day. It was new, they had what I wanted, our salesman was good. My only critique would be that it took 4 hours to get a trade-in and sale done.
