Painless Process I called and made and appt. to view a car I saw online. When I arrived at the dealership Ron was called to the front. He greeted me and took me to see the vehicle which he already pulled off of the lot. We went on an extensive test drive and he showed me features of the vehicle I was unaware of. When we returned back to the dealership he left me with the vehicle and told me to meet him inside when I was ready. There was zero pressure to purchase and he answered all my questions. During my financing process there was a slight error made and Ron made sure it was corrected and adjusted immediately. This was the easiest car purchase I ever made. It was painless and easy. There was no price haggling or negotiating. There are Good honest people at this dealership. Ron was amazing. More

He reassured me he would do his hardest. I made a appointment for the following day Sat. I got there a few minutes late and Ron was still right there to help us. My husband and I had our paperwork ready. At first I was thinking this isn't gonna happen.....BUT IT DID WE GOT APPROVED AND HE ADVOCATED FOR US TO HAVE A VEHICLE BIGGER THAN A ALTIMA ... We got a Mazda cx-5 2016 without a back breaking monthly payment!!!!! He is amazing I recommend him FOR SURE WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. More

I would suggest in the future, though, they have all they keys for their certified used cars ready,at time of sale, rather than have customers come back for a second key when they could have that ready well before then. Brand new 2017 CRV touchscreen freezes when driving! Leased a brand new CRV EXL in March, numerous times the touchscreen freezes, brought in to the new service center and was told they never heard of it Leased a brand new CRV EXL in March, numerous times the touchscreen freezes, brought in to the new service center and was told they never heard of it and I would have to bring it back when it happened, problem is it happens while driving when you shut the car down and restart, it resets itself, but will freeze again when driving. Many complaints about the same issue on Honda owners club site! Some with less than the 5,000 miles I have, this is unacceptable and can be dangerous when using the navigation system and there is no safe place to pull over and shut the engine down and wait till it resets. Honda needs to take ownership of this issue and find a fix for it! More
