They don't have any hidden fees whatsoever and fairly low documentation fee. I was given all the info on phone as I was traveling from far and there were no surprises upon my arrival. I know lot of dealerships have started claiming about "No Pressure" environment, but no one does as good as Ron Horne. If you happen to buy car from Ron and Conicelli, you are in good hands. * I had terrible experience at other dealerships in NJ, stay away from Route22 Honda (dishonest about car's history, creates high pressure on customers to scam them) and Honda Universe (crazy fees such as Internet and Dealership Processing, could be as high as $1600). Ron Horne and Conicelli Honda are hidden gems in this dirty business of car dealerships. More

Ron is the nicest, informed salesman. My son saw a used mini cooper for sale at Conicelli, so I drove to the used car lot for Conicelli and Ron greeted us immediately. He looked it up to make sure it wasn't at their lot and found that it was, indeed, at the new car lot. He had us follow him to the new car lot and brought it out for my son to see. He told us all about the mini, but my son (18) had already read about and new a lot about minis. So we wanted a test drive. Poor Ron had to sit in the back seat of the mini! LOL! He took us for a 10 minute car ride thru Plymouth Meeting. He said little unless we asked. Now THAT is a car salesman!! He wasn't pushy, wasn't condescending, was extremely nice. I asked for his card and told him it was up to my son and I to convince my husband to get this car for my son. We made the appointment to see him the next day with my husband. He brought out the car for my husband to see, my husband asked my father to meet us to look it over. My husband took almost an hour to go over the car. Ron was patient and since I stayed in the dealership, he came to check on me and make sure I was comfortable and let my husband, son and father do their thing. I LOVE how there was no pressure, no pushing, etc. Great Job Ron! We got the car for my son the day before he went back to college. It was a 6 hour drive for my son and he said he smiled the whole ride back :) More
