I was well-prepared for this transaction and was very positively impressed with Oscar's vehicle knowledge, professionalism, and energy. I buy cars infrequently, but have bought three Hondas at Conicelli since 1998. I hope my new one is as good as my other ones: my wife's 2011 Element EX AWD and my 1999 Accord LX V-6 coupe. The cars have been very good and I came back to Conicelli because even though i had gotten lower quotes from different dealerships from different sources, my previous buying experiences were good and I wanted to give Conicelli a chance to match the best quote. They did. I got a survey from Honda about the car, but not one about the dealership. Maybe it just didn't come yet? I'm willing to complete one. Thanks and keep up the good work! More

With both of us working we knew we would need to get a new car quickly. On a very busy Saturday at Conicelli in Conshy, we had the pleasure of working with Chris Williams and Nick Brown to lease our brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Chris was so quick and accomodating to our needs from start to finish. It was not at all your typical car salesman interaction like I had experienced in the past and have come to dread when car buying. He knew everything about each car in their inventory and always lead with trying to save us money and keep us under our budget. We were kind of in a rush to get out of there and get on with our day, and Chris and Nick were so helpful and quick. After Nick took us out on a couple of test drives and we mulled over the choice between Civic and Accord we went with the Accord and I am so happy with our choice. We signed and drove off the lot in about an hour or so. Conicelli has a very homey, warm feel to it, with tables full of Corroplese Tomato Pies, Philly Pretezels (YUM) and bottles of water for you to snack on so you can relax while shopping. People notice these little touches and appreciate that. Everything from start to finish was excellent, if you are looking into a a new car lease or purchase I highly recommend Conicelli Honda and Chris Williams and Nick Brown to help you along the way! Forget Chase Utley....Ron Horne, you are THE man! For anyone out there looking for a great deal on a Honda, if you don't check in with Mr. Ron Horne over at Conicelli, you're really going to miss out. I purchased my Honda Accord from Ron, and I still wonder at how well he was able to meet my needs in regards to the payments and price. However, the most impressive aspect of my experience was Ron's knowledge of the inventory, and how quickly he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for (except for that he found me my car with far, far fewer miles on it than I expected). In short, I hope to work with Ron again once my other car needs to be replaced. He's a good listener, and when you meet someone who listens the way he does, you remember them. Cheers! I knew what I wanted and what payments would work in budget. I didn't have much in terms of a down payment. I was sure I wasn't gonna leave with a car. To my surprise I got exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I wasn't lecturers on my credit score and was treated like a star customer. Tom Bean took amazing care of me and I left in a 2012 civic. I bought a used car from here before I will return in the future if I need a new car. It really is a "nice place to do business", and Tom Bean deserves salesman of the year. More

After going in to look at vehicles for a specific price range they offered me a vehicle "just in" and promised they would work with me and assured me they were aware of my sst price range. So now to the punch, used car with a clean car facts, one owner and low miles. Sounds great. One quick look and you could tell the vehicle was recently repaired. Sales person went and got the manger to help clarify then acknowledge d the car may have been in an accident but was in great condition. I decided to see what they were willing to do with the price and they came back with a price higher than originally advertised. Negotions began and was quickly sent to see the finance manager. After 5 minutes of high pressure tactics trying to persuade me that this car was a good deal, I simply said thanks and walked out, AFTER waisting 3 hours of my time for a car I told them upfront was more than I wished to pay for originally. Please do your homework before purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. More
Went in Nervous, left out happy I was in conicelli website and chose the text option and began texting with Dave. He was great! Once I got there, the receptionist Lee page Nick and he sat with my wife and I for a minute listening to our needs, then we had a test drive and he had all the info on the car we were looking for. Next couple days we went in with a trade in. Nick and sales manager Chris got us a great amount for our trade in and worked with us to find us a price and car that fit our needs and wants ! They went above and beyond and we're not intimidating at all. They were very friendly. Next we met Corrine in finance who also went above and beyond for us when we needs her even after we purchased the car..I was so happy with how my purchase went I'm already looking for my next car to purchase from them!
