After doing my research I decided to go to Conicelli to purchase make my first vehicle purchase since I already know family members have had a good experience a few years back. Before showing me any cars, Ron sat with us and asked for everything I was looking for in my vehicle, and showed me different cars that were around my budget. After looking at my Civic I felt it wasn't the car for me. Ron went with us to Nissan and Toyota while I looked at many different cars, until I finally felt I had found the right one at Conicelli Toyota. Ron was VERY patient and I did not feel rushed or pressured, which I appreciated. Before test driving the car, he gave me a full presentation of the car, explaining all features and specs of the car thoroughly. After purchasing the car, an issue arised with the car while it was being detailed, and Ron handled the situation very well. After hearing what I was interested in as far as a purchase or a lease, she gave me a complete and thorough explanation of how the lease option worked and then she readily answered my questions. I came with the idea of leasing, but after looking as the Accords that was on the certified lot, I quickly changed my mind about leasing. The the only thing I needed to do was to find a car. Sounds crazy when I am on a lot full of cars, Gena listened to my rambling and the I found what I wanted. Gena took care of the rest.
