I scheduled an appointment over the phone to meet with Jacob. When I arrived at Conicelli Toyota, Jacob was ready to meet with me. I had an excellent experience. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 I selected and let me have a test drive through the area on a variety of roads. I liked that he was not a 'pushy' salesperson and guided me through the leasing process. When I picked up the vehicle, Jacob made sure we inspected the car first and then reviewed how everything worked inside the RAV4. All the people I dealt with at Conicelli were wonderful and professional. I would be happy to buy other cars here in the future and refer Jacob and Conicelli to my friends. Oh yeah, one more thing -- they have the best prices around! More
Our family is a great believer in the Toyota brand and Conicelli Toyota. Between family members, we own a Camry, Sienna, Highlander and Rav4. I feel this dealership and two employees in particular deserve recognition and supports the "great" rating I provided. The dealership recently invested in opening a new service center close to their former location. It is a new, state of the art facility complete with a concierge to take your car, beautifully furnished waiting area (including a play room for kids, and convenient location. Luis Rivera is the service lead we contact for appointments and he is outstanding. He knows us, knows our cars, is quick to respond if we do not reach him when calling and really goes out of his way to ensure our needs are met - from scheduling to suggesting things we should consider to keep our vehicles in excellent shape. Steve Klenk is our mechanic and is superb. We have never had a problem with any repair he has made. As importantly, he goes out of his way to communicate anything he feels we should address to avoid future problems and costs. Between Luis and Steve, we feel very secure in the knowledge that our family and cars are in good hands. I cannot recommend this dealership and the two professionals mentioned enough for anyone looking for a dealership they can trust and a great service experience. More

My husband and I have researched a Toyota Highlander for about 2 years before we decided to purchase one. We were not trading in either of our cars being they are both paid off. Our old cars are used as our everyday commuting cars. We were purchasing the Highlander as our weekend car, and to get a head start on car payments before we needed a car. Living in the Lehigh Valley, we went to the local dealers to test drive and start the process. The dealers were all very nice, but no one was able to offer us a deal we felt was a deal of a lifetime. We decided to expand our search to the Philadelphia area as well as New York and New Jersey. Casey and RIck were more than accommodating. They allowed us to do all negotiating via email and phone instead of driving an hour with our two small children and sit in a dealership for hours. They were polite, informative, and honest. They were not pushy or made us feel like we were going to miss out if we didn't take the deal now. We took their offer to 4 local dealers and not one was able to meet or beat the deal. Casey and Rick gave us a deal we couldn't walk away from. When we got to Conicelli Toyota, the staff that greeted us as the door were smiling and friendly. Casey and his staff had everything ready for us to sign and go. The car was clean and under a rooftop area out of the pouring rain. We were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. I've never had an experience like we had at Conicelli Toyota. Since getting our new Highlander, we have told our family and friends about the deal we got and they all look at us with their mouths gaping open. They cannot believe it. I know Casey and RIck will be getting more customers! We will certainly got back to Conicelli, specifically Rick and Casey, for my next Toyota. We are more than thrilled with the deal we got. Dealing with a dealership is a combination of it's policies and its people. Even the most customer focused salesman is hamstrung if the dealership has customer unfriendly policies. We checked out a number of dealerships to look at very specific cars and had a variety of experiences from the pleasant to the ridiculously stereotyped manager being constantly called over for no good reason. First, George is awesome. He is experienced, laid back, and understands his audience. He didn't try to push a solution that wasn't what we wanted -- just listened to what we needed, helped us to consider all the possible options available, and let us make a decision. We had one dealer we had promised to talk to after Conicelli and he honored that and didn't try to push us to a decision before we were ready. Once we had a decision, however, he was extremely helpful in pushing it to a conclusion, despite considerable annoying nonsense on the part of my bank folks. George rocks, but the excellent interaction we had with him would not have been possible had Conicelli not had really good policies in place to support him. How do I know this? We saw plenty of dealerships with very nice folks as salespeople but with horrible, time wasting policies that force the customer to be terribly rude to their salesperson and force the salesperson to waste the customer's time. Conicelli clearly doesn't pull this nonsense, which puts them up at the top for our next car buying experience as well (may it not be soon!) Incidentally, we had a fantastic experience with the associated Nissan dealership. These folks simply know how to run dealerships in a customer friendly professional way. More
