After our purchase he took the time to explain in detail how to operate some of the car features such as the Hands Free Phone, Navigation System and the Audio System. Prius Panel The panel on our Prius would occasionally turn itself off while we were driving the vehicle. One morning this problem occurred. I called the service The panel on our Prius would occasionally turn itself off while we were driving the vehicle. One morning this problem occurred. I called the service department. They were booked that morning but due to the intermittent nature of the problem they allowed me to come in. When I arrived of course the intermittent problem had resolved itself. Bob Calhoon listened to the symptoms and diagnosed the root cause of the problem. Further he investigated the warranty associated with the vehicle and informed me the repair would be covered. He ordered the part. A week later I returned to the service department for the repair. The Prius runs like a charm. I am so very thankful!! Over the years we've purchased 4 cars from Conicelli. The purchase process has always been smooth but the service brings us back. It's top notch. Thanks again. More

Went for test drive and got out with a new car We bought our new Toyota Sienna AWD XLE from Conicelli Toyota at Conshohocken in August 2014 and our experience was really very good. The sales agent, We bought our new Toyota Sienna AWD XLE from Conicelli Toyota at Conshohocken in August 2014 and our experience was really very good. The sales agent, Jacob Dank, was the biggest help to us in choosing the right van (Honda vs Toyota) given our needs. He was not at all pushy (like you see at other dealerships) and heard our needs, concerns and questions very patiently and offered us valuable information & advice to make the right decision. We had done some homework on the pricing and had gone to Conicelli just for test drives. But after the test drives, Jacob offered us such a good price that it was hard to say no and we knew we HAD TO buy our van from them. Overall, I highly recommend Conicelli Toyota and their sales agent, Jacob Dank! We will definitely be back to this dealership for our next car, hopefully a Toyota Prius! More
