I needed the inspection with tire rotation. The technician destroyed the wheel lock key, and they asked for $480 to removal the wheel lock. The process was stressful. We weren't a priority, we had an appointment at 1030 am to pick up my truck that was in transport (had arrived 3 days prior) and when we arrived earl We weren't a priority, we had an appointment at 1030 am to pick up my truck that was in transport (had arrived 3 days prior) and when we arrived early at 1010am the truck wasn't detailed, the sales person John was helping 2 different people besides us leaving us standing there for countless minutes. When the truck was finished being detailed, it looked as if they didn't touch anything inside, so dusty and the outside wasn't even clean. When we finally got to financing at 1pm we were not told Toyota did not offer gap financing and I was already at my max budget. Luckily the second manger came in to assist us, but I still had to go above my budget. The first manager was cocky and rude. The sales person John also blamed us being there so long for not signing documents online for a truck that I had not seen or driven. The staff also kept addressing my husband for everything when It was made clear myself, a female was buying the truck. Overall I was very stressed out and not happy with how the day went. More
