The check engine light was on in my Corolla. Christina called me to tell me the service people couldn't find anything wrong and there would not be a charge! When I asked if they could check my Christina called me to tell me the service people couldn't find anything wrong and there would not be a charge! When I asked if they could check my heater, she said, "Sure." She called to tell me the thermostat needed to be replaced, but she said they had one on the premises and it wouldn't take too long to repair. She was right and I picked up the car in a timely fashion and it's been running great. This took place a week ago and I have had no problems with my car since. More

Horrible customer service especially the assistant service manager Matt C. Bought a brand new Highlander in 2021. Took it to Conicelli in Springfield for service since. In 2024, started having issues service manager Matt C. Bought a brand new Highlander in 2021. Took it to Conicelli in Springfield for service since. In 2024, started having issues with check engine light, replaced battery still stayed. Replaced brakes still and also purse valve, the light never went away. In November 2025, car broke down and was towed to them. It’s the transmission which cost me 2k after i called corporate on them. Originally wanted 9k. Picked up car on Black Friday, same issues took it back following week oh it’s the coils. Replaced coils one month later still same issues oh it’s possibly fuel injectors and recommended to replace all for 1900. Then offered to cover the loaner then Matt changed his mind 24 hra later. Picked up my car and taking to a real mechanic. More

Like many people who bought in 2023, i overpaid for a truck, so ended up under water on my lease owing more then the truck was worth by the end of the lease. I was mad, did not want to do business with T truck, so ended up under water on my lease owing more then the truck was worth by the end of the lease. I was mad, did not want to do business with Toyota again but they asked if i would give them a chance to help me in this tough situation i was in... Im glad i did. Paul Santa Barbara and Manager David Scott absolutely helped me out with getting rid of that lease and into a truck i wanted. I was given an exceptional deal that i would not have gotten anywhere else. (And i was shopping everywhere, all makes and models) Conicelli Toyota of Springfield saved me from heavy fees, discounted my new truck, and threw in some other perks to make good on a lease that did not go well. I will without a doubt trust Conicelli with my next vehicle purchase and look forward to working with Paul and David again. More
